Tailorin - Return and Refund

Order Cancellation

  • Within 48 Hours: Orders can be canceled free of charge within 48 hours of placement. A full refund will be issued.

  • After 48 Hours: If cancellation is requested after 48 hours and production has not yet begun, non-members will receive a 60% refund, while members will receive a 70% refund.

  • After Production/Shipping: No cancellations or refunds are available once production has started or the order has shipped.



Order Modification

  • Modification Window: Customers may modify their order details (size, fabric, color, style, etc.) within 48 hours of placement. Contact Tailorin Customer Support within this period for assistance.



Custom Product Returns

  • Quality Issues Only: Custom products can only be returned or exchanged in the case of manufacturing defects, incorrect sizing, or material flaws. Customers must notify Tailorin within 30 days of receiving their order.

  • Member-Only Compensation: For non-quality-related issues where the final result does not meet expectations, members may place a new order for the same product with an additional 10% discount.

  • Non-Returnable Situations: Returns will not be accepted for the following reasons:

    • Misinterpretation of product appearance (e.g., color mismatch, style differences, etc.)

    • Accurately fulfilled custom orders that no longer meet personal needs

    • Customer’s change of preference or need

    • Color or fabric change requests post-production

    • Measurement discrepancies within ±1% tolerance

    • Incorrect order submission (style, quantity, etc.)

    • Delayed delivery due to factors beyond Tailorin’s control


Important
: If you suspect any product issues, please contact Tailorin Customer Support before taking any further action. Do not discard, donate, or destroy the item prior to contacting us, as this will void eligibility for returns or refunds.



Accessories & Standard Products

  • Standard-Sized Items: Accessories such as curtain rods, hooks, rings, cushion covers, and other non-customized items may be returned if unused and in original packaging. Return shipping is at the customer's expense.

  • Fabric Swatches: Fabric samples and swatch books are non-returnable once shipped.


Tailorin recommends customers to carefully read the measurement guide and compare fabric swatches before placing an order to avoid returns due to size or color discrepancies.



Refunds

  • Processing Time: Refunds will be processed within 3–5 business days after we receive and inspect the returned items. Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method.

  • Delays: If you haven’t received a refund after 10 business days, please check with your bank or credit card company. If needed, contact our support team for further assistance.


Shipping Fees

  • Defective Product: For verified quality issues, Tailorin will cover all return shipping costs.

  • Member Returns: Members are eligible for full reimbursement of return shipping fees.

  • Non-Member Returns: Non-members must bear the cost of return shipping, even in cases of product defects.

Tailorin Members enjoy:

  • Higher Refund Rate: 70% refund for cancellations after 48 hours (vs. 60% for non-members).

  • Remake Discount: 10% discount on reorders for unsatisfactory (non-defective) results.

  • Free Return Shipping: Full coverage of return shipping costs for qualified returns.


Additional Terms

Change of Mind

Please choose and measure your items carefully. Tailorin does not accept returns or cancellations due to change of mind once the order has shipped.

Color Disclaimer

Due to differences in monitor settings, lighting, and fabric dye lots, actual product colors may vary. Reasonable color variation between swatches and final products is expected and will not be considered a defect. Returns for color discrepancies are not accepted.

Lost Packages

If your package is lost during transit, Tailorin will work with the shipping carrier to locate it. If the package cannot be recovered, a replacement will be arranged. Refunds are not issued for lost shipments.
