Shipping Destinations & Methods

• We ship our custom-made products from China to countries with mature global logistics networks, including the United States, countries in the European Union, the United Kingdom, Australia, South Korea, the Middle East, and more.

• We partner with reliable carriers (FedEx, UPS, DHL, etc.) to provide door-to-door delivery service.

• Shipping methods include air and sea freight:

  • Air freight: 8–15 days transit time (typically the fastest option for international orders).

  • Sea freight: 20–25 days transit time (suitable for large or non-urgent shipments).

Order Processing & Production Time

• All orders are held for 48 hours before production. This allows customers to make any last-minute changes to measurements, colors, or other specifications.

• Since our products are custom-made to your specifications, please allow approximately 5–7 business days for production after the order is confirmed.

• Express or expedited shipping options do not shorten production time; they only speed up transit after the order has been shipped.

• Once production is complete, your order will be shipped using our partnered carriers and tracking details will be emailed to you.

Member Shipping Benefits

• All registered members enjoy discounted shipping on every order and flexible, personalized shipping solutions.

• For U.S. destinations, members may choose between air and sea shipping options. International orders are generally shipped by air for faster delivery.

• Oversized or bulky items may incur additional surcharges.

Standard Shipping (Non-Members)

• Standard Shipping:

  • Orders up to $200: $23 flat rate.

  • Orders of $200–$299.99: $17.99 flat rate.

  • Orders of $300 or more: Free standard shipping.

• Express Shipping: $99.99 flat rate (available for all orders, regardless of order value).

• Sample Booklets / Fabric Swatch Shipping (weight-based):

  • Shipping costs are calculated by weight. Base rate applies to shipments up to 0.221 lbs.

  • North America (US, Canada): starting at $13.99.

  • Other regions: shipping rates range from $15.99 to $29.99 depending on total weight.

Additional Delivery Services

• For select products, we also offer Expedited Delivery, Freight Delivery, and White Glove Delivery for an additional fee. Availability and cost depend on product size and destination.

Shipping Restrictions & Additional Notes

• We ship only to physical street addresses. We cannot deliver to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO/military addresses.

• Remote Locations: Deliveries to remote or hard-to-reach areas (including certain islands or rural locations) may incur additional shipping charges and longer delivery times. Shipments to these locations do not qualify for free shipping.

  • This includes, but is not limited to, Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and other U.S. territories. Please contact us for a shipping quote and delivery estimate to these areas.

• Oversized or Bulky Items: Some products are considered oversized or bulky. These may incur additional surcharges due to carrier requirements.

• Tracking & Delivery: Once your order is picked up by the carrier, we will email you the carrier name and tracking number. You can then visit the carrier’s website or contact them directly to monitor your shipment status or schedule a delivery time.

• Shipping Address Changes: Please verify your shipping address carefully before placing your order. We are unable to change the shipping address once an order has been shipped.

• Duties & Taxes: Any customs duties, import taxes, or VAT required by your country’s customs are the responsibility of the recipient. These fees depend on the destination country’s tax laws and are not included in our shipping charges.
