CUSTOMIZATION DETAILS
Order Width
Measure the width of the area you would like to cover. This is your ordering width (fullness is already accounted for). If your drapery needs to be functional (open and close), the total coverage width should equal the same span, left to right, that your hardware does.
Fullness
Standard fullness is 2x. For custom fullness, please contact us.
Seaming Guidelines
Seams depend on fabric type, panel size, and layout. Seams are sewn along the fabric grain to minimize visual impact.
- Standard fabric (~55”): No seams if length ≤ 50”. Seams required if width > 22” for longer panels.
- Wide plain fabric (~110”–118”): No seams if length ≤ 102”. Seams required if width > 50” for longer panels.
- Wide Printed fabric (~110”–118”): Max length 102”, no seams needed.
Special Customization
We offer special processing styles such as panel patchwork or splicing upon request to meet designers’ unique requirements.
Tolerance & Color Variation
- Size tolerance: ±½ inch (1.27 cm) due to fabric and handcrafting.
- Color variation: Minor differences possible between dye lots. Screen colors may not match fabric exactly. Order all panels together for best color consistency.

MEASURING GUIDE
Measuring Width
Measure the width of the area you would like to cover. We recommend extending the rod or track at least 6 inches beyond each side of the window frame.
Hem Style
- For a float above the floor: subtract 0.5–1 inch
- For a “kiss” to the floor: no adjustment or add 0.5 inch
- For a puddled look: add 1–6 inches

Shipping
All members receive free standard shipping. U.S. orders ship by air or sea; international orders ship by air by default, with flexible shipping options available based on customer needs. Oversized items may incur additional fees.
All curtains are custom-made to your specifications and typically ship within 5–7 business days after the order is confirmed.

Returns
In line with industry standards, custom products cannot be returned or refunded unless there is a quality or processing defect. For members, if the product has no defects but the installed effect is unsatisfactory, a reorder with an additional discount is offered.

CARE
- Professional dry clean only; do not wash
- Do not bleach.
- Do not tumble‑dry.
- Iron at medium heat (max 150 °C), inside‑out; avoid high‑pressure steam.
- Regularly dust or vacuum with a soft brush attachment; handle gently to prevent fiber stress.
- Linen fabrics may shed slightly at first; this will diminish over time.
- Store in a breathable dust bag, away from direct sunlight.
