Maximum Width
For oversized openings, we recommend splitting into multiple aligned shades to maintain fabric tension, weight balance, and visual continuity.

Headrail & Hardware
Shades come with a fabric-wrapped headrail and standard mounting hardware. Screws are suitable for drywall into studs or wood; alternative fasteners are recommended for concrete, brick, or metal substrates.

Stack Height
When fully raised, shades stack 7–10" depending on fabric weight and drop length. Ensure sufficient clearance above windows or doors.

Mount Type & Light Control

Inside Mount: Sleek, built-in finish; minor light gaps at sides.
Outside Mount: Better blackout performance and enhanced window framing.

INSIDE MOUNT

A minimum depth of 2 inches is required for an inside mount.
Our factory will automatically deduct 3/8" (1 cm) from the total width to ensure proper fit and smooth operation.
Do not make your own deductions. Simply submit the actual inside measurements.

OUTSIDE MOUNT

Height: Measure from the top of the frame to where you want the shade to end, then add 4 inches (10 cm) to allow for full coverage and proper mounting height.

Shipping

All members receive free standard shipping. U.S. orders ship by air or sea; international orders ship by air by default, with flexible shipping options available based on customer needs. Oversized items may incur additional fees.

All curtains and blinds are custom-made to your specifications and typically ship within 5–7 business days after the order is confirmed.

In line with industry standards, custom products cannot be returned or refunded unless there is a quality or processing defect. For members, if the product has no defects but the installed effect is unsatisfactory, a reorder with an additional discount is offered.

Professional dry clean only; do not wash

Do not tumble‑dry.
Iron at medium heat (max 150 °C), inside‑out; avoid high‑pressure steam.
Regularly dust or vacuum with a soft brush attachment; handle gently to prevent fiber stress.
Linen fabrics may shed slightly at first; this will diminish over time.
Store in a breathable dust bag, away from direct sunlight.
